White Bean Buffalo Dip
Need a snack for the big game today? Look no further! This creamy white bean buffalo dip is delicious, hearty and pairs well with touchdowns. It’s vegetarian but still filled with lots of protein packed goodness. You can use almost anything as a dipper for this recipe. We recommend pita chips, pretzels, carrots, celery or even just a spoon! Enjoy the recipe and the big game!

For the Buffalo Base
- 1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
- 4 Oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 2/3 cup buffalo sauce (mild or hot)
For the Mix Ins
- 1 (15 Oz) can cannellini beans (drained & rinsed)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- Your favorite dipping snacks (pita chips, carrots, celery, etc)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Add 1 can beans (drained and rinsed), cream cheese, Greek yogurt and buffalo sauce to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Spread evenly in a 8×8 baking dish.
Gently stir in a second can of washed and rinsed beans, 1/4 cup cheddar, 1/4 cup mozzarella and green onions. Carefully combine.
Top with remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 mins or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. You can also broil it for the last 1-3 mins to get an extra crispy topping.
Serve immediately with your favorite dippers!
If you don’t need this recipe to be vegetarian, it would taste great with some cooked and shredded rotisserie chicken, or even some canned tuna (drained).
