We combined some of our favorite whole plant based ingredients into this delectable dish.
Frozen pineapple, avocado and banana are blended with kale (the ultimate superfood!) and unsweetened almond milk to create a creamy, thick base.
We then topped it with shredded coconut, blueberries, this homemade granola recipe and sliced kiwi. The crunchy granola and coconut give a nice texture to the creamy base and make this plant based diet recipe irresistible!
Superfood Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

- Serving Size1 bowl
- 2 cups frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/4-1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (more or less depending on how thick you’d like the base)
- 1 cup kale
- 1/2 cup frozen avocado (fresh works great too)
- 1 kiwi (peeled & sliced)
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup vegan/GF granola (try this recipe!)
Combine pineapple, bananas, kale, avocado and almond milk into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. (You can adjust thickness by adding more almond milk to thin or ice cubes to thicken).
Dish into 2 bowls and top with desired toppings. Enjoy!
